The all-media studio is an important form of studio development in recent years. It is a studio program production and management model developed on the basis of traditional single studio concepts that are not connected to each other. It incorporates decorative design and dance lighting. Design, news anchor background screen, all-media content aggregation display, front and back scene virtual combination, multi-screen splicing, large-screen touch, intelligent interactive control and other important design concepts.


The studio touch screen scenic area, combined with the projector laser light source and touch technology, can be used for single-person broadcast and touch the screen, as shown in Figure 1. The scenic area needs to pay attention to three aspects during the debugging process.

1 color temperature consistency problem


The color temperature of the touch screen is not uniform with the color temperature of the luminaire. The studio uses lamps with a color temperature of 3200K to 5600K, while the color temperature of the touch screen is 3200K to 9600K. In order to ensure the normal color reproduction of the host, the 3200K color temperature is used as the reference color temperature for the camera white balance adjustment. Since the color temperature of the large screen is about 2400K higher than that of the lamp, the color blue is reflected in the camera. To solve this problem, it is necessary to increase the color temperature of the lamp. By adding color paper to change the color temperature, adding the color paper of Ryden 82 in front of the lamp can increase the color temperature of 3200K to about 5600K, so that the color temperature can be basically achieved. Thereby achieving the unification of color reproduction.


2 source incident angle problem


In use, it is also necessary to avoid direct illumination of the light source to the front of the touch screen. Since the brightness of the large screen in white is 110 lx, the illumination of the host from 600 lx to 1000 lx is obviously low, and it is easy to have a light source on the large screen. It affects the picture, making the large-screen image look gray and dim. To solve this problem, you need to do:


  • Form a larger distance between the host and the touch screen;

  • Give the light a suitable angle of incidence, and let the light not shine on the large screen while ensuring the light of the host;

  • Note that when shooting in multiple positions, light may be irradiated onto the large screen at an oblique angle, so that the image of the individual position produces a small bright spot, which affects the overall consistency of the picture. At this time, you need to adjust the fixture's concealer, position, angle, or add black flag occlusion, and adjust the position of the camera to avoid this kind of situation.


The light of the characters starts from the backlight, and the most difficult thing to adjust is the face light. Because the opposite of the projector, the light will affect each other, the light of the character will be too bright, the brightness of the touch screen will be too low, the contrast will be too large, and the brightness will be insufficient if the character is too dark, so be sure to reduce the concealer of the face light, don't let the extra The light is projected onto the touch screen. In addition, the position and angle of the surface light fixture can be adjusted, or communicated with the director of the camera, and the position of the camera is slightly tilted to try to solve. Finally, the control of the light ratio is increased from the slightest point and debugged until a satisfactory result is achieved.



3 light ratio problem



In the application of the touch screen, special attention should be paid to the control of the light ratio. The brightness of the white part of the touch screen can reach about 1101 lx, and the illumination of the host is generally controlled at 600 lx to 1 000 lx. Since the brightness of the large screen is relatively fixed, in order to achieve the desired artistic effect and visual effect when using the large screen as the background, it is necessary to control the light ratio and contrast between the host and the background, and adjust according to the brightness of the highlight point on the touch screen. The aperture of the camera, then, through this aperture through the dimming station to adjust the illumination of the host's surface light, so that the host's face reaches a relatively appropriate illumination; finally, the illumination of the contour light is also adjusted, so that the contour light of the character is also suitable. Illumination, thus achieving a good image effect.
