Recently, Hongli Optoelectronics updated the LM-80 7000-hour test report of the COB LM002 product, expanding the scope of the report, which can be applied to LM002H384W-9B4C12 (Ra2), LM002H384W-6B1C12 (Ra2), LM002H384W-8B1C16 (Ra2). Up to now, all members of Hongli Optoelectronics COB family have obtained LM-80 7000 hours test report, including 9W LM002, 22W LM003, 80W LM004, and 100W LT005 and other COB LEDs.

Hongli Optoelectronics COB products mainly have two series, one is the indoor lighting series LM COB, and the other is the outdoor lighting series LT COB. Among them, LM series is not only the first anti-vulcanization design COB in China, but also has more than ten domestic and foreign patents, and it is the first fully automated production process in China. The LT series is the first flat copper-based COB source in China with excellent light extraction, heat transfer and assembly design. The relevant person in charge of Hongli Optoelectronics Engineering Technology Center said: "Our COB technology has always been at the forefront of the industry. Of course, we will pursue higher performance. Next we plan to do COB LM-80 10,000 hours test."
In addition to continuously improving the performance of conventional products, Hongli Optoelectronics is also committed to new product development. It is understood that Hongli Optoelectronics' new high-density flip-chip COB series products at the end of 2015 have entered the mass production stage, namely aluminum alloy 1818 (LC003) and 1313 (LC004). The power can cover 15~80w, the color rendering index is greater than 80, and the maximum can be greater than 95. At the same time, the reliability is high, the high-temperature and high-humidity (double 85) power-on experiment 2000h hour life maintenance rate exceeds 98%.
COB will have its own unique market space in the future technology. The core of the technology breakthrough is in the substrate and related packaging materials, and the other part is the packaging structure design with more cost-effective advantages.
