III. Qualification Requirements for Bidders:
1. The bidder must be a legally registered enterprise with a valid business license;
2. Possession of a valid safety production permit issued by the relevant construction authority;
3. Holding a general contracting qualification for petrochemical engineering;
4. Hold a special equipment (pressure piping) installation and maintenance permit GA1 issued by the People's Republic of China;
5. Certified with ISO9001 quality management system, GB/T 28001 occupational health and safety management system, and ISO14001 environmental management system;
6. The project does not accept joint bids or consortiums.
During the registration process, bidders must present original and photocopies of their business license, safety production permit, qualification certificate, and power of attorney from the legal representative (original documents will be returned, and copies will be retained).
