Under the entrustment of the Xinjiang Traffic Vocational and Technical College, a tender for the project of the Comprehensive Experimental Training Center Design Bidding Project (Project No.: XJJZY-2017-01SJ) of Xinjiang Jiaotong Vocational and Technical College was conducted. The tendering method was public bidding, and the qualified entity was requested to go to Xinjiang. Zhichengda Project Management Consulting Co., Ltd. registered and participated in the bidding. 2. Project overview and scope of tender Project size: 20000m2; Building number: 6 floors above ground; Structural system: Frame. The scope of the tender includes: 1. Project design (including renderings), investment estimation, preliminary design, design budget, construction drawing design, construction drawing budget, and design services during construction. 2. Supporting, rowing, heating and fire protection design for supporting ancillary works. 3. Design of outdoor supporting greening project. 3. Bidder qualification requirements 3.1 Bid Applicants must be legally registered in the People's Republic of China and have independent legal personality, and the business license is valid for the annual inspection. 3.2 A Class A qualification for housing construction engineering issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. 3.3 The bidders have similar building design performance in the past five years (2012 to present) and have corresponding survey and design capabilities in terms of personnel composition and structure. 3.4 The project leader has a senior professional title of architectural engineering and is qualified as a national-level certified architect. In the past 3 years (2014 to present), there is a need for similar engineering design experience (based on the design contract). 3.5 The person in charge of the unit is the same person or a different unit that has a controlling or managing relationship, and may not participate in the tender for the same tender item in the same contract section or the undivided contract section. Otherwise, the relevant tender will be invalid. 3.6 The tender for this project does not accept the Consortium to register and participate in the bidding. 4.
