The first few?†I asked. “The second one,†I said, and almost instantly, the TV navigated to the order page, auto-filled the address and payment method. It took just a few sentences to complete the purchase.
According to TV Taobao representatives, the platform isn’t just a shopping guide—it can also help users track orders, place requests, and even handle after-sales support. It functions as a full-service shopping assistant.
TV Taobao has already launched on platforms like Tmall Box and Xiaomi Box, and has successfully gone through major shopping events like “Double 11†and “Double 12.†Its performance exceeded expectations, proving the strength of its technical team.
