Although spectrophotometry can be used for multi-component analysis, the method is cumbersome. In recent years, many spectrophotometers have multi-component analytical accessories. It is very simple, rapid and accurate to analyze and calculate the content of various components in a mixture by means of a microprocessor. This allows the spectrophotometric method to play a greater role in the quantitative analysis of the mixture. Similarly, it can also be quantified by the derivative spectroscopy described later.
