3. Bidder qualification requirements
1. Have the ability to independently assume civil liability;
2. Have a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
3. Have the equipment and professional technical skills necessary to perform the contract;

6. The product manufacturer (LED lighting tube packaging factory) has a registered capital of not less than RMB 6 million; it must be an ISO9001 quality management system certification unit; it must be a national mandatory 3C certification unit;
7. If the bidder is a product agent and must have independent legal personality and the registered capital is not less than RMB 1 million, the business license business scope must include the main goods of the project (ie LED product business qualification), and the products it invests in The manufacturer must meet the requirements of Article 6 above;
8. The project does not accept the consortium bid;
