Third, negotiating supplier qualifications and qualification requirements:
The negotiating supplier shall comply with the requirements of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China and:
1. Registered in China, with independent legal personality and corresponding business scope;
2. Have security level 2 or above qualifications;
3. The negotiating supplier shall be the manufacturer or distribution agent of the goods (LED screen, camera, DVR, LCD monitor), and the distribution agent shall provide the project authorization;
4. The performance of similar projects must be available in the past three years (providing the notice of winning the bid or the original contract);
5. In the three years prior to participating in the bidding activities of this project, there were no major illegal records in the business activities.

1. The issuance of negotiation documents: Intentional negotiation suppliers can carry relevant qualification documents (copy of business license, tax registration) from April 3, 2009 to 9:00 on April 10, 2009 (working hours) The copy of the certificate, the copy of the organization code certificate, the relevant qualification certificate and the performance certificate materials, and the copy of the official seal will be purchased from Wuhan Hengyi Tendering Agency Co., Ltd.
