The Shenyang Consumers Association recently conducted a comparative test on 20 kinds of energy-saving lamps distributed in the circulation field of the city. Among the 20 kinds of energy-saving lamp samples, 10 samples all meet the national standards, and the samples that do not meet the national standards are more prominent. There are three quality problems: protection against electric shock, initial light efficiency and power factor.
According to the relevant professionals of Shenyang Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute, the initial light effect is the main indicator for evaluating whether energy-saving lamps are energy-saving. It is the ratio of luminous flux to lamp power (lm/W) measured after 100 hours of ignition. In this comparison test, there are 4 brand products. The project does not meet the national standards. They are: Jinshan Lighting Brand 5W, which is called Guangdong Zhongshan Henglan Jinhengtong Lighting Appliance Factory. It is called the Zhongshan Guzhen Kejia Electronic Lighting. The Ouyi Lighting brand YPZ220/11 products produced by the factory are nominally known as the 5W products of the Zhengpai Lighting Brand produced by the Xiaoye Town Juye Lighting Factory in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, and the Guangda Brand 5W products produced by the Guangda Energy Saving Lamp Factory. In addition, in this comparative test, there are four samples of anti-shock protection items that do not meet the national standards, respectively: Huayi Lighting Brand YPZ220/5.S.RR, which is called Huayi Lighting Co., Ltd. The product, the brand name YPZ220V13W, which is called Xiaokangzhiguang Electric Co., Ltd. produced by Zhongshan Jinchao Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd., is a product named as the small ghost brand YPZ220/5 produced by Zhongshan Ou Dier Electric Lighting Co., Ltd. MCO brand 7W products produced by Jinli Electric Co., Ltd. Experts pointed out that products with anti-shock quality problems are easy to threaten personal safety.
The comparison test also found that the problem that the power factor project does not meet the national standards is also very serious. In this comparison test, the quality of the test lamp samples, which are labeled as the four brands of Ou Di Lighting, MCO, Bright, and Small Ghost, have the quality problem. The main cause of the problem is the electronic ballast component selection and circuit of the lamp. The design is not reasonable.
