Microsemi and D-Link cooperate to provide mydlink IoT intelligent alarm using Microsemi's ZL38062 audio processor

The mydlink Smart Alarm Detector utilizes the latest Internet of Things (IoT) technology to create an integrated home security solution by plugging into an electrical outlet, eliminating the expense and inconvenience of installing new smoke or carbon monoxide detectors. The wall-mounted smart alarm detector uses the Microsemisystems SoC audio processor to detect the sound of an industry standard T3 smoke alarm or T4 carbon monoxide alarm and transmit the detection information to the mobile app to notify the homeowner or Alarm monitoring company.
