2. Project overview and scope of tender
2.1 Project Overview: In order to strengthen the overall operation and management level of the branch company, it will integrate with the advanced benchmarking station management styles of the international warehousing companies and group companies, and further optimize the personnel organization structure. The branch company will comprehensively promote the implementation of non-business position separation and outsourcing management, Non-core logistics service positions such as patrol, catering, driving, garbage removal, and other service outsourcing tenders for service outsourcing are based on the core concept of “professional people do professional things†to solve past non-business position management crossovers and logistic positions. A series of problems such as the lack of comprehensive supervision and evaluation difficulties have created an advanced enterprise management culture of “partition management, professional management, and efficient operationâ€.
2.2 Bidding scope: Changde Oil Depot, Hengyang Depot, and Yueyang Depot Non-core business service outsourcing. Service contents: 1. Security services: gate guards, security guards; 2. Restaurant services: employees in catering and auxiliary positions of the staff in the reservoir area; 3. Cleaning services: cleaning in public areas of offices and cleaning around office buildings. Execution site: Changde, Hengyang, Yueyang oil depot.
2.3 Service period: 1 year
3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.3 The tenderee will conduct qualification review on the bidder in a post-qualification manner according to the qualification review requirements for the bid documents.
3.4 This tender does not accept the Commonwealth bid.
4. Acquisition of tender documents
4.1 All bidders are required to do so from now until February 22, 2017 (excluding official holidays and public holidays) from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 17:00.
