Brief Technical Requirements: Consultation on the whole process of the whole construction and installation project cost of the entire project and the in-line small municipal engineering project of the third phase of the farmers' resettlement housing project in each town of Chaoyang District, Beijing
Bidder's qualifications:
1.1 The bidder must meet the following requirements:
1) Has the ability to independently assume civil liability;
2) Has a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;
3) Have the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract;
4) There have been no major violations in the business activities in the past three years;
5) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
1.2 The Bidder shall have Class A qualification for engineering cost consultation and have undertaken the cost advisory work for the project within the last five years (December 2011 - December 2016).
1.3 The proposed project leader must have the qualification of a registered cost engineer.
1.4 The Commonwealth does not accept bids for this project.
