Mainland investment conditions in Taiwan and then open discussion LED industry

According to Taiwan’s “Economic Daily” report, the Taiwan Engineering Commission will review tomorrow the relaxation of land-funded investment in Taiwan to invest in public construction projects or restrictions.

The report quoted informed sources as revealing that at this stage, only land-funded investment in public construction was still open, but land-based investment in public construction was not open. The “Ministry of Communications” has proposed to conditionally open the MRT, light rail system, stations, and transfer stations. At present, land-funded investment in Taiwan for public construction must be promoted through BOT (construction, management, transfer), etc., to promote public participation in public construction. The share ratio must not exceed 50%. If the opening rate is more than 50%, the management method will be changed from the positive list to the negative list.

According to reports, after Ma Ying-jeou’s re-election, Taiwan’s “Ministry of Economic Affairs” accelerated the review of the third phase of the opening of land-funded investment projects in Taiwan, and it will be opened in March at the earliest. At present, the "Ministry of Economic Affairs" has opened a discussion on open-capital participation in the LED industry, and has made a list of negative changes in the management of land-funded investment in Taiwan. The report also stated that there are currently 83 public construction investment projects in Taiwan. In the first two stages, land-based investments were introduced to Taiwan, and 20 have been opened, accounting for 24%.
