However, no matter how the indicator is improved, the detection method is relatively fixed. At present, international organizations such as the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and the International Commission on Illumination (CIE) have carried out a large number of work to study the standards for testing methods for lighting LED products. Countries such as the United States and Japan are among the world's leaders in the field of LED research, and standards development work has also been carried out earlier. At present, Japan has released and implemented standards for testing LED products for lighting; the United States has also released draft standards, and has included lighting LED products in the scope of Energy Star certification, but specific certification implementation time and rules are still being worked out. 2. Domestically, China is a large country producing lighting products. The number of lighting products manufacturers is large and widely distributed, but the quality of products is generally low. When LEDs are also used in the field of indicating lamps, many companies in China produce related products, but through the test results of the national authoritative testing organization: National Electric Light Source Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Beijing), these products generally have low brightness. When LEDs are applied in the field of general lighting, many companies have started research and development and production of LED products for lighting, but the products still have problems such as safety and light performance. In fact, before 2003, some experts expected this situation, and proposed the idea of ​​establishing a "lighting LED product testing and evaluation platform" (hereinafter referred to as "platform") in China. The concept of "platform" is to research and test methods, purchase and develop test equipment, establish a standardized test system, and then develop the test method standards in China; at the same time, establish a network-based "evaluation center" under the "platform" to make China The testing of lighting LED products is coordinated. China is currently studying the development of test method standards for lighting LED products, such as the performance requirements of LED modules for lighting, and has held several seminars to exchange views. However, because many product indicators in the standard can not obtain a unified opinion, for example, for the life of lighting LEDs, some experts believe that 30,000 hours is appropriate, while some experts believe that due to the immature technology, this requirement should be appropriately reduced. This has greatly affected the progress of the standard system. So until now, although some of them are already in the draft stage for comments, and some are already going to be drafted in 2007, there are still no standards for implementation. However, with the continuous improvement of China's test methods, the test equipment will gradually reach a unified level in the index requirements, and gradually promote a standardized test system to develop test method standards. There are few companies that have higher technical content such as temperature and luminescence performance, biosafety and service life. Even some large-scale and powerful multinational companies have not completely solved the problem, so everyone does not pay attention to it. Another reason is that their customers are concerned about optoelectronic performance, rather than other indicators that will raise the price, so manufacturers are not willing to invest in research costs. From the test results, the light efficiency indicators that manufacturers pay most attention to do not match their attention. The efficacy of single-illuminated LEDs and LED lighting fixtures is typically 55 lm/W-65 lm/W. However, at present, many companies in the world have already claimed that the light efficiency of their products has exceeded 100 lm/W, even reaching 138 lm/W. So why are the light effects of mass-produced products far below these figures? Through this phenomenon, the reason why this situation can be analyzed is largely due to the imperfection of the standard system and the test platform. As long as these tasks can be followed up in time, the mass production of high-efficiency lighting LED products can be realized quickly. . 2. From the paper to see the "platform" construction With the attention of lighting LEDs, the number of papers in its field is also increasing.
