General Safety Requirements and Tests for Luminaires (Annex)

Foreword

This standard is based on the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC 598-1 "General requirements and tests for the first part of the luminaire" to amend GB 7000-86, in terms of technical content and writing format and IEC 598-1: 1992 "Luminaires Part 1: General requirements And tests are exactly the same.

In this way, by equating China's lighting safety standards with international standards, we will adapt to the needs of international trade, technology and economic exchanges and international quality certification as soon as possible.

When the GB 7000-86 is revised, according to the provisions of Chapter 1 of GB1.1-1993 "Standardization Work Guide Unit 1: Standard Drafting and Expression Rules Part 1: Standard Preparation of Standards", this standard The format and method of writing are consistent with the equivalent adoption of IEC598-1:1992.

Since China's wire and cable models are different from IEC, China's wire gauges are used in this standard. Also, due to other IEC standards cited in IEC 598-1:1992, some of them have been formulated as national standards or industry standards in China, and some have not yet been formulated in China. In this standard, China has been formulated as a national standard. The standard number, and the corresponding IEC standard number and standard name are listed in parentheses; if it is not formulated as a Chinese standard, according to GB1.22-1993 "Standardization Work Guide, Unit 2: Determination of Standard Contents Part 22: Reference Standards The provisions of 5.7.2 of the Regulations directly refer to international standards, including the IEC standard number and standard name.

This standard will replace GB 7000-86 from the effective date.

Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix C, Appendix D, Appendix E, Appendix F, Appendix G, Appendix H, Appendix J, and Appendix K of this standard are all appendices to the standard.

Appendix L, Appendix M, Appendix N, Appendix P, and Appendix Q of this standard are all appendices to the tips.

This standard was proposed by the China National Light Industry Council.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Lighting Standardization Center.

IEC Preface

1) A formal decision or agreement on an IEC technical document developed by a technical committee with the participation of national committees interested in the expression expresses the international consensus as close as possible.

2) These decisions or agreements are available to countries in the form of recommendations and have been recognized by national committees in this sense.

3) In order to promote international unification, the IEC hopes that all national committees should adopt the IEC recommended text as their national standard, to the extent permitted by the conditions. Any differences between the IEC recommendations and the corresponding national standards should be noted as soon as possible after the national standards.

4) The IEC does not have any procedures for expressing the accreditation mark. The IEC is not responsible for a device claiming to comply with a recommendation of the IEC.

This standard was developed by the 34th Subcommittee (Lamps) of the IEC Technical Committee 34 (light bulbs and equipment).

This standard is the third edition of IEC 598-1, replacing its second edition in 1986 and the first amendment in 1988.
