He said: "Any building materials manufacturer understands that raising prices and deceiving consumers will eventually push themselves to extinction. They can raise prices without paying rebates. The author learned in the survey that the average tile rebate is 15%-25%, the stairs rebate is the highest, 30%-40%, the cabinet rebate is 10-15%.
